昨日の篠崎君と中山さんのスパーリングですが、２人共、よく頑張りました！
攻める姿勢は良かった！
ただ、不用意にパンチをもらう事が多かったです。
打たせずに打つで頑張ろう！
明日は、青柳君のスパーリングがあります！
