曇っていますが暖かいですね春の陽気になってきました。
花粉の飛散量も増えているのでしょうか ？
最近、目薬と点鼻薬が離せません。。。
ジムの中にも花粉症が辛そうな方がに何人もいますね。
みなさんはどのような花粉対策をしていますか？
